1. Scope

These terms cover use of this website only. This site is informational: it describes the Eezicoin (EZC) token model as documented in the project whitepaper.

This site does not sell tokens, take orders or payments, operate a waiting list, connect wallets, provide accounts, or provision wireless or broadband service. Wireless service is a separate business operated at eezinet.com under its own terms.

2. No offer and no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or financial instrument, nor is it investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

No sale terms are set out here, because no sale is being conducted through this site. If a purchase path is offered in future, it will be governed by separate published terms.

3. Information and figures

Token figures shown on this site — total supply, initial release, treasury reserve and allocations — are documented model figures taken from the Eezicoin whitepaper v2.0 (December 2025). They are not live on-chain balances, circulating supply, price or market data.

Features described as documented, intended or planned may change, be delayed, or not be delivered. No representation is made that any described mechanism is deployed, audited, operational or approved by any regulator.

4. Risk

Tokens carry substantial risk, including total loss of value, technical failure, permanent loss of access through lost keys, and adverse regulatory change. See the Risks section of the whitepaper.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys and recovery phrases.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, misrepresent your relationship with the project, or copy its content in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

6. Third-party content and links

This site links to external material, including the Eezinet Wireless site and video hosted by a third-party platform. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and are outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The Eezicoin name, marks, artwork, whitepaper text and site content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here grants a licence to use them beyond ordinary viewing and personal reference.

8. Liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on information published here.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The operative version is the one published here at the time of your use.
