EeZiCoin (EZC) is designed as a digital utility within the EeZiNet ecosystem for eligible services, rewards, devices and other specified functions. Acquisition of EZC does not, solely by reason of token ownership, provide equity ownership in EeZiNet or a guaranteed financial return.

What EZC is designed for

EZC is designed for functional use within the EeZiNet telecommunications ecosystem. Eligible uses may include wireless-service payments, customer rewards, devices/accessories, network-related services, and other functions identified in applicable program terms. Each use is labeled below as available, planned, or in development. Planned uses are intentions, not promises.

What holding EZC does not provide

Holding EZC does not, solely by reason of token ownership, provide:

  • Equity ownership in EeZiNet
  • A debt claim against EeZiNet
  • Dividends or interest
  • A share of corporate profits or revenue
  • Ownership of FCC spectrum licenses
  • A lien or security interest in EeZiNet assets
  • A guaranteed redemption value
  • Guaranteed liquidity
  • Guaranteed appreciation or investment return

Important qualifications

  • Any program distribution price is not a guarantee of market value, resale value, liquidity, future value, or appreciation.
  • FCC licenses, spectrum rights, infrastructure and telecommunications assets belong to the relevant operating entities; EZC ownership does not itself grant ownership, a lien, or an economic claim against them.
  • Technical transferability does not guarantee exchange listing, resale availability, a secondary market, or any market price.
  • Regulatory treatment depends on the facts and circumstances of the transaction or program.
  • Corporate investment in EeZiNet is separate and subject to counsel-approved structures and applicable offering procedures. Buying EZC is not equivalent to investing in EeZiNet.
