The rules that govern the EeZiCoin Referral Rewards program, in plain language.
EeZiCoin Referral Rewards™ is a direct referral program. Rewards are paid only on purchases made by people you directly refer. There is no multi-level, downline or network compensation of any kind.
Referral rewards are promotional token rewards. They are not income, interest, yield, dividends, investment performance or a promise of any future value.
You may activate a referral center when the purchaser email, Ethereum wallet address and purchase confirmation code you supply match an EZC order that is paid, fulfilled and fulfillment-verified.
Eligibility may be restricted where participation is prohibited or regulated by law. We never require a recovery phrase or private key, and we will never ask for one.
A referred purchase qualifies only after the order is paid, fulfilled, verified, linked to an active referral account, and is not a self-referral.
Purchases that have been paid but not yet fulfilled and verified are shown as Pending Verification. Pending activity is not earned and may never qualify.
While the program configuration says so, every complete 100 qualifying referred EZC earns the referrer a promotional reward of 10 EZC.
Qualifying referred EZC accumulate in a referral bucket. Remainders carry forward and are never discarded. Rates are set by the current program configuration and may be changed prospectively.
Self-referrals, including purchases matching the referrer's own purchaser email or wallet address.
Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded or charged-back transactions.
Automated traffic, spam distribution, impersonation, paid search on EeZiCoin brand terms, or any attempt to manipulate the program.
Referrals attributed to a suspended referral account.
A referred buyer pays no extra referral fee and no different price. Current purchase minimums and maximums apply to every buyer, referred or not.
A reward is marked Earned when a qualifying block completes. It is marked Paid only once an administrator records the payout transaction. Until then, no payout has been made.
Rewards may be adjusted or voided to correct refunds, chargebacks, duplicate counting or program abuse. Historical referral records are retained rather than deleted.
EZC is a cryptocurrency token. Its value can fall, including to zero. No fiat value, income, return or future utility is guaranteed.
You are responsible for any tax that applies to promotional token rewards in your jurisdiction.
These terms and the program configuration may change prospectively. Continued participation after a change means the current terms apply to referrals made from that point onward.
